- A: Yes! As long as the voice is audible, you can send us any phone voice memo, WhatsApp audio note, or video sound extract. Our team will optimize the sound quality for your QR code.
- Q: Will my voice recording be public or private?
- A: Completely private. Your audio is hosted on secure, unindexed servers. The only way anyone can listen to it is by physically scanning the unique QR code printed on your specific artwork.
- Q: What if I accidentally delete the email or forget to reply with my audio?
- A: Don’t worry! If we don’t receive your audio within 48 hours of your purchase, our customer care team will personally reach out to you via email to help you complete your order.
- Q: Do the physical posters come with frames?
- A: To ensure safe and affordable shipping, our posters are delivered unframed, securely rolled in durable protective tubes. However, they are printed in standard US frame sizes (11×14″, 16×20″, 18×24″) so you can easily find a perfect frame at any local store.
- Q: Can I change the photo or audio after I place the order?
- A: Because our artists begin working on your custom watercolor portrait shortly after purchase, changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at info@moonlightmemory.com if you need a correction.
