1. Delivery Options Available
At Moonlight Memory, we offer two ways to receive your custom watercolor memories:
– Digital File Only (Delivered via Email)
– Premium Physical Print (Printed and Shipped within the USA)

2. Option 1: Digital File Delivery (100% Virtual)
If you select the “Digital File Only” version, no physical items will be shipped to your address. Once our design team finishes pairing your custom image and audio recording, you will receive high-resolution download links directly to the email address provided during checkout.

3. Option 2: Physical Poster Delivery (Print-on-Demand)
If you select a physical poster size, your order will be custom-made and fulfilled through our local printing partners in the United States.
– Production/Fulfillment Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our designers to create your artwork and for the printing facility to print and pack your museum-quality matte poster.
– Shipping Time within the USA: Standard shipping takes an additional 3 to 6 business days to arrive at your doorstep once the item leaves the facility.
– Packaging: All posters are securely rolled and shipped in durable triangular or cardboard tubes to prevent any damage during transit.

4. Order Approval & Tracking
Because our products are highly personalized, your order goes through a manual quality check. Once your physical poster is printed and shipped, an automated email containing your tracking link (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS tracking) will be sent to you so you can follow the delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities
You are strictly responsible for providing a 100% correct shipping address and email. Luna Trust Technologies LLC is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to typos made by the customer during checkout.
