Welcome to Moonlight Memory. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital custom products. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License and Intellectual Property
   Upon purchasing a digital product from us, Luna Trust Technologies LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal license to use the custom artwork and associated audio files.

• You MAY print the artwork for personal use and share the digital file/QR code with family and friends.
• You SHALL NOT resell, distribute, sub-license, or commercially exploit our original character designs (e.g., Guardian Stag, Dream Unicorn), templates, artwork, or systems.

1. User Content and Conduct
   You retain ownership of the photos and voice recordings you upload. However, you grant us a temporary license to modify and process these materials to create your product. You warrant that you own or have the lawful right to use any audio recordings or images you upload, and that they do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or privacy rights.
2. Limitation of Liability
   Our digital services and files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Luna Trust Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, download links, or QR code audio hosting systems. We do not guarantee that third-party audio hosting will be uninterrupted or permanent, though we strive for maximum uptime.
3. Governing Law
   These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
