QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU ORDER
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Does my Printed Poster include a frame?
No. The Printed Poster is supplied without a frame, so you can choose a frame that suits your home. If you prefer an already framed version, explore our Framed Poster edition.
What paper and print sizes will be available?
Paper type, finish, available sizes, and prices will be published after our production options are confirmed. The final selection will be clearly shown before ordering.
Do I need everyone's exact birth time?
Yes. Each family member's first name, date, exact time, and birth city are used to calculate their individual birth star. Please review these details carefully before ordering.
Are these real birth stars?
Individual birth stars are matched using astronomical calculations. Your finished family artwork is an artistic composition bringing those separate stars together, rather than a single-time photograph of the night sky.
Can I include grandparents and children?
Yes. You can include up to ten family members across generations in your personalized family constellation.
Can I return the poster if I change my mind?
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns for correctly produced personalized posters. Your rights regarding damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming products remain protected. Read our Shipping & Returns Policy.
What if my Printed Poster arrives damaged or is lost?
Contact us with your order details and, if relevant, clear photographs of the issue. We will investigate with our production and shipping partners and arrange an appropriate resolution.
