A Framed Poster includes a frame selected from the available product options. A Printed Poster is supplied without a frame, allowing you to frame it yourself.
Do I need everyone's exact birth time?
Exact birth dates, times, and cities are used to calculate each person's birth star. Please check these details carefully before confirming a personalized order.
Is this a real astronomical sky?
Each birth-star selection is based on astronomical calculations. The final family artwork combines those individual stars into one artistic composition. It is not a literal single-time photograph of the sky.
Can I include grandparents and children?
Yes. You can include family members across generations, up to a total of ten people.
Can I return a personalized poster if I change my mind?
Correctly produced personalized posters are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. Damaged, incorrect, or lost orders are handled under our Shipping & Returns Policy , subject to applicable law.
What happens if my framed poster arrives damaged?
Please contact us with your order details and photos of the problem. We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner and arrange the appropriate resolution.
